You’re Invited – The Art & Parcel Blog
Whenever I take my kids to a party I always find that the healthy food is left over at the end. This was until recently when we attended a 5 year olds party and the host provided the children with these fruit kebabs. Every single child wanted one, they went down a storm. Sometimes the presentation of the food can make all the difference, they not only look amazing but they taste great too.
Keep your kids party food fun, we love these sprinkle sandwiches and we know they’ll go down great with the kids too. Who wouldn’t love a sprinkle sandwich?
Donuts have become a staple part of children’s parties and what better way to display your donuts than on these cute donut stands. They are homemade stands made out of various different sizes of wood with dowel rods glued to the middles. The different heights and base shapes keep the display looking quirky.
Pirate Hot dogs
If you are thinking of choosing our pirate theme party and your thoughts have turned to food ideas, why not try out these fantastic pirate hot dogs! Simply use cocktail sticks to poke through the sausages and make some little pirate flags. There are many free printables on line that you can use for these. You could even just cut out pieces of cardboard. As you can see, they look like pirate ships. They are so simple but effective. This fun idea will ensure the kids will go for the savoury option first before moving onto dessert.
